Refund policy
At Koreanskinca.re, we want you to feel confident in your skincare choices. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@koreanskinca.re within the 7-day window. Returns requested after 7 days will not be eligible, as the product may have been exposed to conditions outside our control.
Return Conditions:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $25+ USD restocking/processing fee applies per return.
- We reserve the right to deduct transaction and currency conversion fees from any refund issued.
📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@koreanskinca.re within 5 business days of delivery, including clear photos of:
- The damaged product(s)
- (Note: A damaged outer box does not qualify unless the product inside is affected.)
If approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the product. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within a few business days.
🚫 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at hello@koreanskinca.re with your order number.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund your payment — minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
We appreciate your understanding.
⚠️ Incorrect Addresses
If you provide an incorrect delivery address at checkout:
- We won’t be able to issue a refund.
- You’ll need to place a new order.
- Reshipping fees will apply.
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to avoid delays.
💸 Refunds for Out-of-Stock Items
We always do our best to fulfill your order without issues. In the rare event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) to the original payment method.
If your entire order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. If only part of your order is unavailable, only the unavailable item(s) will be refunded.
Please note that banks, payment providers, or currency conversion rates may cause the refunded amount received to differ slightly from the amount originally paid, especially for international orders. These differences are outside our control.
Unclaimed Orders
If we ship your order but it isn’t picked up within the carrier’s stated time frame and gets returned to us, we’ll refund the product cost once it’s back in our warehouse. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any currency conversion fees or payment processing fees applied by Shopify or your bank may also be deducted from the refund amount.
❌ Allergic Reactions
We’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns due to allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Everyone’s skin is unique, so we always recommend checking the ingredient list and consulting your dermatologist if you have any known allergies or sensitivities.

🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows they’ve been delivered. If your package is missing, please:
- File a mail theft report with the carrier.
- Report the theft to your local police.
To help avoid issues, please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to decline refunds that don’t meet the conditions outlined in our policy.
