At Koreanskinca.re, we aim to deliver your skincare safely and promptly—straight from Seoul, South Korea. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

🚚 Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Korean public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow for additional processing time during busy periods or holidays.

 

Korean Public Holidays (2026)

Shipments may be delayed during the following dates:

• January 1 – New Year’s Day
• February 16–18 – Lunar New Year Holiday
• March 1 – Independence Movement Day
• March 2 – Independence Movement Day Substitute Holiday
  
• May 5 – Children’s Day
• May 24 – Buddha's Birthday
• May 25 – Buddha's Birthday Substitute Holiday
• June 6 – Memorial Day
• August 15 – Liberation Day
• August 17 – Liberation Day Substitute Holiday
• September 24-27 – Chuseok Holiday (Korean Thanksgiving)
• October 3 – National Foundation Day
• October 5 – National Foundation Day Substitute Holiday
• October 9 – Hangeul Day
• December 25 – Christmas Day

📦 Shipping Options & Delivery Time

• Standard: 7–14 days
• Economy: 5–7 days
• Express: 3–5 days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

💰 Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
• For orders over 2kg, please contact us at hello@koreanskinca.re to arrange a custom shipping solution.

🌍 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

United Kingdom (UK)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

• Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

• These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

• If customs charges are refused or the shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid import fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.

Canada

For orders shipped to Canada, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means:

• Import duties and taxes are included in the total price at checkout.

• Customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping policies and requirements for U.S. deliveries may change due to customs regulations or carrier requirements.

U.S.

Orders to the United States are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. Applicable duties and taxes are included or calculated at checkout, and no additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

Other International Destinations

Unless stated otherwise, international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

• If customs charges are refused or the shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid import fees or local import requirements, the order will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.

⚠️ Forwarding Addresses

For security and delivery accuracy, we do not ship to forwarding services or third-party logistics companies.

• A valid residential or business address must be provided.
• If a forwarding address is detected, we will contact you to request an alternative. If no valid address is provided, the order may be cancelled.

This policy is designed to ensure safe, timely, and reliable deliveries.

Please be aware that shipping and processing may take longer during promotions, sales periods, or holidays due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience.
